How to request a refund

1. Email support@asterisaffiliates.com with your order number or licence key.
2. We process via Stripe within 3 business days.
3. Refunds land back on your card in 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).

What's not refundable

• Renewals after 14 days from the renewal date.
• Migration assistance services already delivered.
